Project selection and Contract awarding

Projects are selected by the National Coordination Unit (NCU) according to the thematic priorities and procedures outlined in the Swiss - Bulgarian Framework Agreement. Project proposals have to be submitted to the NCU (which may also propose projects itself), which will then forward them to the competent Swiss authority for approval.
